I approached Joe to review my family’s insurance coverage. I was really impressed with the due diligence he undertook on our existing insurance cover through our Super, in our initial meeting he carefully explained the pros and cons of our existing cover and in spite of us asking multiple questions he always took his time to carefully explained the options available to us regarding our Life, income, TPD and Critical Illness cover and in helping us to sort out all the hassle of filling up tons of paperwork.
What really stands out for me is that Joe is always working with us step by step in ensuring that we get the best value for money for our insurance. Even after we became his client, he is ever willing to assist us with his time and effort in resolving any issues that we might have and to answer all our questions and doubts.
I am very satisfied with Joe’s service and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for insurance coverage.
